At Tinted., we have always had a focus on cleanliness and safety. We officially opened at the beginning of 2020, and it coincided with the beginning of Covid-19 in Hong Kong. Our standards and procedures were born out of these uncertain times.
We continue to evolve and adapt during these times of uncertainty to ensure the highest level of care and service.

Standard Measures
We require all our clients to keep their masks on for the entire duration of their visit.
Temperature checks will be required upon entry.
Hand sanitizer is readily available at the front desk, along with alcohol wipes for your phones.
Social Distancing
We have an open and spacious shop with lots of sunlight and natural air flow. We have a maximum of 3 clients at a time to maintain a distance of at least 1.5M between all clients.
Contactless Checkout
By not accepting cash, we make our check outs contactless. Tap with Visa, Mastercard, ApplePay or with Payme!
High Temperature Sterilizer
Tinted. is keeping you safe through the sterilization of our reusable tools. We use a dry heat sterilizer between every client which kills bacteria, viruses, and spores.
Air Purifier - BIOZONE
A hospital grade air purifier is placed in the shop.
The UV light reacts naturally with the air, producing purifying plasma which destroys bacteria, viruses, releasing fresh and sanitized air.
Hand Wash
Anti-bacterial hand wash is provided. We encourage our guests to arrive 5 minutes earlier to wash your hands.
Waterless Services
For pedicures, we no longer soak your feet in tubs to avoid cross contamination between clients and so that your feet don’t come into contact with harsh chemicals used for sanitizing the tubs.
With one time use wet towels, we wipe down your feet with warm water and eucalyptus to sanitize and refresh tired feet.

Nail Injuries & Infections
Safety has always been a priority at Tinted. Sometimes nail injuries lead to infections we might not be aware of.
To keep you safe and to keep us safe, we kindly ask anyone with nail infections to visit a doctor first to avoid any further damage to your nail and possible transmission.
We carry a professional foot care product from Footlogix that helps to fight minor infections. Ask our artists or WhatsApp us to inquire more!
